With such a strong passion for music and love for the colourful sound of guitar, Christian is forever seeking to experience new works and place his personal stamp upon the music he plays.
Having started playing guitar late in his teens Christian has been completely devoted to his studies since. Originally self-taught, he now studies with Lebanese guitarist, Jad Azkoul at The London College of Music learning the technique of Maestro Abel Carlevaro. In this time he has also performed in various master-classes with world renowned guitarists such as Rafael Aguirre and Margarita Escarpa.
Whilst at University Christian also formed the London Guitar Quartet which went on to perform in various concerts. Other collaborations include working with percussion, flute, viola, jazz groups and other guitar ensembles. Christian also achieved the Association Diploma in musical performance.
Having graduated a BMus in Performance with first class honours in 2014, Christian will now continue onto a postgraduate course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
Christian performs on a English concert guitar by luthier Alastair Mcneill and on a very special Italian made Torres inspired concert guitar by Marco Bortolozzo.
